 A moment to say farewell comes to everyone in everyday life. It might be good-bye for the one we love, or for our friends. There sure is such a moment in life…I read the synopsis of the first episode of “After Good-bye (Despues del adios)”, the serial drama starting from Sunday at 8 PM on Telemundo. This is extremely interesting work because it was shot by Elia Enid Cadilla, an independent producer in the studio of channel 6 and will be broadcasted on the commercial channel. Cadilla says that this is an experiment for her to attain success and open a new production studio.
The cast members of “After Good-bye” are all both domestic and international talented, beautiful men and women. The main class actors are Alba Nydia Diaz, Sully Diaz and Osvaldo Rios.
Many people bid farewell in this story, which means restart, that is, the story of regeneration.
The story begins with the scene of the fashion show of the most famous designers in San Juan, Mireya Riollanos (Alba Nydia Diaz) and Nino Del Valle (Osvaldo Rios).
They met when he was still poor and fledgling and she was well known at a young age in the fashion industry. She saw through Nino’s talent and raised him to be a sophisticated man. They sure are attracted to each other both physically and psychologically, however, they hide their loves and maintain a cautious distance from each other. Although Mireya has a warm heart, she has a furious temper and has an intimate friend named Nicky (Alejandro Alvarez) who is one of Mireya’s company’s models. Nino has a perfect appeal for both men and women. But he is a secretive person about his privacy and nobody knows who he dates. There are various widespread speculations about his sexual preference.
Sonia Diago is played by Sully Diaz. Sonia is in charge of Mireya’s atelier and has a son, Davisito with Down syndrome. Soon after her son was born, she had to face with one more damage. Her husband Diego (Jose Felix Gomez) dumped her.
Mrs. Celia performed by Norma Candal is an executive of the apparel company and loves Nino like one of her children.
Paloma acted by Alexandra Malagon is a famous model and Sonia’s half sister. She lives with Sonia but helps nothing. Beautiful as she is, she is immature and unsettled. She has just ended the relationship with rich, jealous and violent Felipe (Junior Alvarez). She loves Sergio (Leo Alvarez) but he becomes physically handicapped due to the motorbike accident.
Another famous model, Beatriz performed by Carla Alvarado works to earn the medical tuition. Her father Pedro Lugo (Pablo Alarcon) is Argentine and is a husband of Isabel (Elia Enid Cadilla).
The other foreign actors performing in this serial drama are Mexican Omar Fierro who plays also Mexican Daniela Lujan’s father, Luz Clarita who plays a deaf girl, and Venezuelan Carlos Mata who is a role of the excellent medical scientist.
