Vieques en Bulgaria

World famous Puerto Rican actor, Osvald Rios, appeared on newspapers and magazines in Bulgaria. He played in "Kassandra" and "La viuda de Blanco" broadcasted over in 188 countries. His success allowed him to appear on EuroKom, a Bulgarian cable TV network, for his appeal to the world. He intends to read a letter called “Humanist for world peace” to the people of Bulgaria and the Balkan States.

Rios plans to state “ the U.S.military must leave Vieques for ever so we can live in peace and harmony,” and then ask people to send their protest messages to the President of the United States at the following addresses. Rios will also read six letters telling “we are going to end their killing and destroying.”
