Osvaldo Rios

Osvaldo Rios is going to appear on TV in Mexico again through Televisa this time as Diego in the story of gHold me Tight (Abrazame muy fuerte)h. The long-haired actor, who was born in Puerto Rico and is known around the globe professionally, captivates the audience with his talent and outstanding individuality.
He is also a psychologist, and in the interview on gLa Guiah he said he was satisfied with working with Televisa for the first time because although theyfve made an offer to him a long time they couldnft actualize it due to his work schedule.
gIfve known Salvador Mejia for 13 years, and we have cherished the idea of working together. However, whenever he asked me, I always had jobs in Spain, Venezuela, Colombia, Chile, Peru, and the U.S. It was difficult to reach an agreement.h
He was able to receive the offer to play the role Salvador Mejia asked him because he had finished performing in the musical gBeauty and the Beasth, and was going to have 3-weeks vacation.
His part as Diego doesnft have many lines, so he took the challenge. As soon as the shooting is finished, he is going to go to Colombia to star in the historical play from February 15 under RTI in Colombia. It is gRAUZAN (El Caballero de Rauzan)h by Julio Jimenez who is a writer of gBlancofs Widow (La Viuda de Blanco)h broadcasted by TV Azteca in Mexico.

Creativity Osvaldo Rios is a free spirit.

gI like to continue my creative activity as a good artist. I donft like to be bound with something to restrict my creativity, though.h
In that sense, it was fortunate for his career to be able to ensure his place in the international market. His works are watched in Africa, Asia, Europe, across Latin America and even the U.S. Delia Fiallofs gKassandrah in which he starred is the best hit in the TV drama history. It was sold to 152 different countries and was translated into 26 languages, he commented.
gThis story gave me a chance to travel around the world, like gThree Destinies (Tres Destinos)h, and gBlancofs Widowh. If I establish myself as an artist, I can work in various places as a star class actor. I always think that liberty is priceless, and in Europe, or Latin America, or the U.S., I feel happy to do a job for a good work. What is important are that it is a great work, and that it has some truth and was written with sincerityh, he concluded.

The role in gDeadly Sins (Pecado Mortal)h could be said to be a challenge for Osvaldo Rios for following two reasons.
gFirst, it was the first time for me to work with Televisa. Mine is not a major role, but is important in the sense that it leads to the birth of the character performed by Aracely Arambula.h
gSecond, this gave me a chance to work with the actors who had all kinds of experiences. Such as Joaquin Cordero, Eduardo Noriega, Alicia Montoya, Victoria Ruffo (for who Ifve respected since I watched gLa Fierah). I was very glad when I was told to be able to work with Victoria because I had honored her jobs and what she expresses as an actress, and also as a woman and human.h
