 The first several chapters of gHold me Tight (Abrazame muy fuerte)h were shot in the magnificent scenery richly endowed nature in the State of Tabasco and Chiapas where more than a hundred technology staff and actors visited. The story was originally written by Caridad Bravo Adams and dramatized for TV by Rene Munoz. Miguel Corcega is the director and he also plays. This drama will start to air after gDeceived Women (Mujeres enganadas)h which has been just extended and is due to end in April. gHold me Tighth is the Salvador Mejiafs third work. Fernando Colunga with trustworthy talent was chosen again. This is the first role as a star for beautiful Aracely Arambla and she grabbed the big chance. The cast is all highly evaluated-Joaquin Cordero, Cesar Evora, Nailea Norvind, Victoria Ruffo, Aurora Clavel, Alicia Montoya, Rossana San Juan, Dacia Arcaraz, Pablo Montero, Rosita Quintana, Carmen Salinas, Emilia Guiu, Lilia Aragon, and many others. When shooting began, I could see Aracely, Pablo and Cesar enjoying the traditional local dishes, forgetting about diet.
Evora got impressed with the beauty of the Agua Azul cascade in the middle of the jungle in the State of Chiapas. One thing which cast a shadow over the trip was that the actors and production managers had to pay special attention to the mosquitoes which transmitted Dengue fever which produced a high fever when we caught it. Unfortunately, four of the production staff caught the disease, however, that was not very serious. Before long they recovered, so that they could enjoy the local cuisine again and get up, too!
